None does the thing Dr. Nikki Siso, a certified holistic health practitioner, described wanting: notice your nervous system escalating and say the specific thing that works for you.

## How should you choose between them?

## What to do this week

Pick the half you actually need. If your problem is that you do not notice yourself escalating, buy for detection and automatic triggering, and accept a generic prompt. If you already know when it happens and cannot come down, buy for the intervention and ignore the tracking. Run whichever you choose for a month and judge it on how you felt, not on the chart.
