Three products are worth examining, and none of them does the thing luxury advisors most need. [TourConnect](https://tourconnect.ai/?ref=intelligence.artificialrealitymedia.com) AI, [TripSuite](https://tripsuite.com/?ref=intelligence.artificialrealitymedia.com) and [Voyagier](https://voyagier.com/?ref=intelligence.artificialrealitymedia.com) automate travel agency back-office work — bookings, reservations, supplier data entry, commissions, turning confirmations into structured trip data. What none appears to do is call every provider on a live itinerary, ahead of the client, to confirm the details are in place.

That gap is what Sofiane Ghorbel, founder and CEO of [AL Hospitality Group](https://www.alhospitalitygroup.com/?ref=intelligence.artificialrealitymedia.com) and twenty-five years into luxury hospitality, described to Artificial Reality: "I don't have this tool till now. I hope that we will find it, but it will be great to have it."

*Identified by Artificial Reality as apparently relevant to that request. Not ranked, not independently tested, and not named or endorsed by the operator. Product and funding details change frequently — check the current state before purchasing.*

## TourConnect AI

**Best fit for:** destination management companies and tour operators with heavy supplier-side administration.

**What it does:** back-office AI for DMCs and tour operators, automating reservations, bookings, cancellations, closeouts and supplier data entry, with an itinerary assistance product adopted by DMCs. Early stage, bootstrapped.

**Why it may fit:** the closest match in this set to post-booking provider coordination. It is the only one oriented toward the supplier side rather than the client side, which is the direction luxury follow-up actually runs.

**What to verify:** whether it handles proactive confirmation of experience details — the welcome letter, the champagne — or only transactional reservation administration. Those are different problems that look similar on a feature list.

## TripSuite

**Best fit for:** travel agencies whose back-office workload is the binding constraint.

**What it does:** AI-powered operating platform for travel agencies covering CRM, commissions, accounting and workflows, with reported savings of 20+ hours per week on back-office work. Seed, $5M, F-Prime.

**Why it may fit:** the time-saving claim addresses Ghorbel's stated problem directly, and CRM plus workflow gives follow-up sequences somewhere to live.

**What to verify:** whether the time saved is administrative or coordinative. Reclaiming hours from commission reconciliation is valuable, but it does not touch the provider calls, which is where his time actually goes.

## Voyagier

**Best fit for:** luxury advisors who want confirmations turned into structured trip data automatically.

**What it does:** AI luxury travel platform with a trip-sync capability that converts reservation confirmations into structured trip data, alongside human luxury-advisor support. Early stage, launched March 2026.

**Why it may fit:** structuring the itinerary is the prerequisite for coordinating it — you cannot systematically confirm details you have not parsed. The explicit luxury positioning and the human-advisor layer also match the high-tech-plus-high-touch model Ghorbel argues for.

**What to verify:** the newest company in this set. Confirm whether anything acts on the structured trip data, or whether it stops at organising it.

## At a glance

**TourConnect AI** — supplier-side back-office automation for DMCs and tour operators. Closest to the coordination direction. Verify it goes beyond transactional admin.

**TripSuite** — agency operating platform with substantial reported back-office time savings. Strong on admin; verify it touches provider coordination at all.

**Voyagier** — turns confirmations into structured trip data, with luxury positioning and human advisors. Right foundation; verify whether anything acts on it.

**None of them** appears to do proactive provider confirmation during a live trip — calling the hotel in Rome to check the champagne is there before the client arrives. That is the actual request, and Artificial Reality found no product built for it.

## How should you choose between them?

Buy for the half of the problem these products genuinely solve, and keep the coordination work manual until something real exists. Six checks:

- **Separate admin time from coordination time.** Measure how many hours go to reservations and invoicing versus calling providers on live trips. These products address the first far better than the second.
- **Test with a real multi-stop itinerary.** Four cities, eleven suppliers, a client in the air. Ask each vendor to walk through what their system does on day three.
- **Ask what it does with a non-response.** A supplier who does not reply is the case that matters. Silence has to escalate to a human, not be treated as confirmation.
- **Check the channels.** If coordination requires suppliers to use a portal, coverage will be a fraction of your itinerary. Concierges answer WhatsApp and phones.
- **Confirm the client is never contacted.** The traveller's experience of seamlessness depends on not seeing the machinery.
- **Ask what gets recorded.** Provider reliability across trips is the most valuable byproduct of this work, and the reason the second trip goes better than the first.

## What to do this week

Run the first check before you book a demo. Split last month's hours into administration and coordination, then shortlist only against the larger number. If administration wins, TripSuite and TourConnect AI are worth a call. If coordination wins — as it does for Ghorbel — no product on this list closes it, and the honest answer is to keep the provider calls with a human and spend the software budget elsewhere.
